Affordable Housing Finance
Below you will find a list of sources of favorable financing for affordable housing. Please reply with missing sources, when programs are discontinued, and when links cease to work. We will keep the list updated with your help.

1. The CTCAC 9% Program awards tax credits which are used to raise equity for affordable housing (website | overviewregulations).

2. The CTCAC 4% Program awards tax credits (to projects that issue tax exempt bonds), which are used to raise equity for affordable housing (website | overviewregulations).

3. The CTCAC Farm-worker Tax Credit is available to affordable projects that house farm-workers (websiteoverview | regulations).

4. The CDLAC Tax Exempt Bond Program awards tax exempt bond authority to issuers who use that authority to increase the capital that can be raised through lower interest rates (website | overview | regulations).
